Stayed here for a few months for work/school. Place was exactly as described. Johnathon was an excellent host & very responsive to any questions we had. Love having Holliday Park across the street for our pup! Thanks!

I loved how peaceful the whole place felt. Honestly I was a little afraid of the area because I’m a minority, but I still felt safe and right at home.

This location was great for a month long stay for my family. It is right next to a park for the kids and a quick walk to Lion's Park and the Botanical Gardens. The Botanical Gardens are free and beautiful! Johnathan was very responsive to messages during our stay. He was very helpful to us and kind. We would stay here again!

The house was a lovely place. I love the sunroom, nice beautiful living room and bedrooms. May need an updating in the kitchen and bathroom area. Overall this house is nice clean gorgeous, open space everywhere. Really enjoyed myself at the location.

Was in town for a work trip and booked this Airbnb! It exceeded my expectations. Great place to stay and very cozy apartment. Close to everything I needed. Awesome place!

Amazing Stay! Highly Recommend!" I had such a wonderful time staying at Jonathan‘s place! The apartment was exactly as described — clean, cozy, and beautifully decorated. The bed was super comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the area. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Excellent host. Responded quickly to texts. Readily and graciously assisted with need to change our reservation. Attractive, comfortable, modern furnishings and modern appliances, kitchen well equipped with tasteful dishware. Quiet neighborhood across from lovely park. Five minute (or less) drive to downtown and state capitol.

Johnathan has been an amazing host. He communicated frequently and clearly with us from the moment we booked our stay until after we left. We had decided to leave a day early, and he was insistent upon refunding us. He truly is an honest man with a kind heart. The entire space was well kept, with accommodations to make us feel at home. The location being close to the park was perfect for our family and pets to relax. I can’t give high enough praise to Johnathan for giving us a space to stay for our vacation, and I cannot recommend him enough. Thank you, once again.
