The house was a lovely place. I love the sunroom, nice beautiful living room and bedrooms. May need an updating in the kitchen and bathroom area. Overall this house is nice clean gorgeous, open space everywhere. Really enjoyed myself at the location.

Excellent host. Responded quickly to texts. Readily and graciously assisted with need to change our reservation. Attractive, comfortable, modern furnishings and modern appliances, kitchen well equipped with tasteful dishware. Quiet neighborhood across from lovely park. Five minute (or less) drive to downtown and state capitol.

Johnathan has been an amazing host. He communicated frequently and clearly with us from the moment we booked our stay until after we left. We had decided to leave a day early, and he was insistent upon refunding us. He truly is an honest man with a kind heart. The entire space was well kept, with accommodations to make us feel at home. The location being close to the park was perfect for our family and pets to relax. I can’t give high enough praise to Johnathan for giving us a space to stay for our vacation, and I cannot recommend him enough. Thank you, once again.

I truly enjoyed my stay. I felt right at home the moment I walked in. Had everything I needed and was very clean. Jonathan was quick to respond and address and questions or concerns I had. And I felt very safe in the area I was in. My only complaint, which isn’t a reflection on Johnathan, was that my neighbors (either upstairs or side) were kind of loud. The banging was so forceful it would literally shake the whole apartment. And it happened multiple times throughout the day, several times within just an hour, and almost daily. The rest of the stay was very pleasant though. Thanks Jonathan!

Johnathan was always very attentive, the place is a representation of a house near the sea (Hawaii), which made us feel there. The place feels private. The surroundings are comforting to walk. I would definitely stay there again!

What a great place! Next time we’re in the area, we would love to stay again. Johnathan keeps a clean place and the park 1.5 blocks away was great for the kiddos.
